Update and Crowdfunding Incentive Survey

When we first started talking about Houmans, we always envisioned self-funding the project. We wrote the nine-episode series with that in mind. Unfortunately, we were both recently fired from our respective jobs.

Now, both of us are hustling to generate income to pay bills, which leaves little in the way of setting funds aside for passion projects. But we still want to bring this series to the world.

A month ago we applied to two film grants:

Screencraft’s 2019 Spring Film Fund
From The Heart Productions’ Roy W. Dean Grant.

Sadly, we didn't advance in Screencraft's Film Fund.

We should be hearing soon about the From The Heart Production’s grant but we’re not going to let that decide whether or not we make Houmans. We’ve decided to crowdfund and hope you will join the many that have already helped us get to this point.
